96 saturn sl1 wiper motor runs wipers dont work looked
for wiper linkage acess where the hell is it?
 
Under the cowl trim, not the easiest to get at. Even after the trim is off,
it took me a lot of swearing to get my wiper motor and transmission linkage
out.
