Vue 2004 AWD 102k radiator red warning light

Fluid is full no leaks found would this be a water pump issue. Has not overheated at least temp gauge shows normal. Any idea what this warning light means and what I need to do?

There are two lights regarding coolant.
One is the engine coolant temp light--looks like a thermometer
The other is a low coolant level light.. looks like a box filled only 1/3 w coolant. Lower down tach dial area.

Which of the lights is it?

Is it lit as soon as you start the engine?
