trouble with saturn sw 2 1998

Maintenance history? When did it last see new plugs, wires, and air filter?

plugs wires and filter are in good shape. i have 2 codes showing up p0122
and p1635 which indicates a tps and mas air flow sensor problem. checked
voltage going to tps should have 5 volts i think??? only getting 1.9 volts
does anybody know the correct voltage and what would cause low voltage to
tps.
