Still overheating

I have a 2002 Saturn SL1 I changed the the coolant temperature sensor twice every time I plug the pigtail in the fan goes off even on a brand new one can anybody help me with this problem

From where are you sourcing your ects parts? If it is AutoZone or advanced, that is your answer.
