    Hello,

The clutch pedal on my 1994 Saturn loses all play and starts to screech as
the car heats up (This happens quickly in Miami, FL.). Any ideas?

    Thanks,

If it hasn't been replaced, you might need a new one. If you just replaced
it then it is probably the master/slave cylinder for the clutch. I
recommend getting a saturn oem and replacing that.
    Good Luck.

It could also be the throw-out bearing that is going out. Under normal
circumstances, the throw-out bearing only operates when you depress the
clutch pedal. However, if the slave cylinder goes out causing the bearing
to work contiuously, it will overheat, the grease in it will be flung out,
and it will begin to squeak.
