Steering wheel radio controls

    I have a 2006 Saturn Vue Redline with controls to the radio in the steering wheel. I want to replace the radio with a radio that has GPS, Back up camera, DVD, CD, Bluetooth, etc. The device I'm looking at says it is compatible with Android steering wheel controls, but I have no idea what software/OS the factory radio has.

    So, has anyone changed out the factory radio to include those extra frills?

    O, and are there any issues with changing the radio which would be an issue with the vehicle's other information panels, code input, etc?
