I have a 2000 SL2 (the Sleek Blue Beauty) that needs to have the speed
sensors changed, has anyone performed this operation?

Unbelievably easy. Follow the wire harness to the sensor from under the
hood and unplug. Unbolt the retainer and just pull out the old sensor
and install the new. I think I paid about $16 for mine.

Cool, thought I'd have to remove the wheels, bearings, passenger side
    seat, etc... :)
