I posted some problems I was having with my wife's 1997 5 speed sc2 a couple of days ago and here is where I am at. I changed the spark plugs, coolant temperature sensor, cleaned the throttle body and pcv valve (they didn't have a new one at the auto parts store), changed both coils, and checked the alternator and it is putting out around 14 volts. now it is idling at 1250 rpm when the car is moving in neutral and when I stop it will drop down to 850 without touching the gas pedal. is this normal? if not what could be the problem? thanks carmine
