I was unable to find a new replacement brake pedal pad for my '98 automatic so I took a fairly decent pad, I found at the junkyard, and had my shoe repairman add a 'sole' to the top. He even took the time to level out the worn bottom right corner area. I was very impressed with the results and am just sharing my solution to a silly problem.
