outer tie rod end torque specs

Hi,

I have a 1995 Saturn SC1. I'm about to replace the outer tie rod
ends, but I don't know the torque specs. If someone has the workshop
or haynes manual for this year or something close, could you look up
the torque specs for the outer tie rod end and post it here?
