At less than 2000 miles, we had to have a MAP sensor replaced. Any one else experience this?
Hope they did it under warranty. I had a Chrysler van where the MAP sensor went at 40,000mi and they tried to charge me for the repair. I mentioned to the service writer that this was a key part of emissions and that the emissions systems were warranted for 50K miles. He grumbled and sent me on my way, no charge. 2000 miles for a sensor failure is uncommon but can happen. That's the reason for warrantees. Oppie
