key/light warning signal always on

My light are off, my key is out and when I open my door the reminder
warning signal goes off, just started to do that recently (160k km), any
idea where to look ?
 
This is exactly what has just stared to happen on my 1994 sl2 with 170,000
kms. I removed the ignition switch to clean it out but it still does the
same thing.
 
ok chris you just been discovered I work for CAE to, I am in montreal my
