Incoming/outgoing fuel line on 99 Saturn SL1?

I have recently purchased a magnetic fuel saver that attached to the
incoming fuel line. What it does is separates fuel particles so oxygen
reaches all parts. Supposedly I will get about 5 MPG more on the
    highway.

I have located the fuel lines. The only problem is that there are two
fuel lines. I own a 1999 Saturn SL1. Can someone please tell me which
fuel line is incoming? I know they are to the right of the engine,
when looking at it from the front with the hood open, so a simple
"closest to the engine/farthest from the engine" answer will suffice.

After I come back from New York I will post my before/after fuel
economy comparison. If it works I highly recommend this product to
others. I only got it for $10 on eBay, so it won't be much of a loss
if it doesnt. Worth a try, though.

    Thanks in advance!

2 lines goto your fuel rail, one exits very close to your fuel pressure
regulator. That is the return line.

Now heres some questions for you.
    1. What happens once the fuel passes through the magnetic field of a
    pulsing fuel injector?
    2. If there is an fuel saving advantage to this why havent any of the
car manufacturers jumped on this? They could buy magnets at a dime a
    dozen.
    3. Are you getting spam, junk mail, or anything of the sort yet? I'm
guessing your information was collected by that seller. You might even
get a fake ebay message asking for your password or such.

Actually just look further down the firewall and see which line is coming out
    of the fuel filter.
