How & Where can I get a code reader?

    I need some help on how to read codes from and where to get them from on a
    93 sl1 saturn.

    Your local Wally Mart or Pep Boys sells them pretty inexpensively. WalMart
    sells the OBDI reader for about $20.

    Some excellent instructions on how to read your trouble codes without having
    to buy a reader can be found here:

    Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code Information, and Diagnostic Trouble Code
    Chart for 1st Gen Saturns. Or, people posting here have said you can stop
    by any Auto Zone and have them read the codes for no charge.

    Any Haynes or Chilton manual will give additional info on what each code
    means.

  4. Staples sells a box of about 10,000 for that price.

    On a pre OBDII GM car, a paper clip is all that's needed.
