Gear gets stuck n park

    I have 2003 l series .... Drives great but recently a light on dash flashes (car with a lock). Then randomly the shifter gets stuck in park. It Last 10 min to an hour. Getting worse. Now the gages (all) go up and down... The headlights flash on and off while driving... And it gets stuck in park alot!! Help
