I know I'm not a moderator, but please, please don't:

Cross-post (once is enough, you'll get a reply here!). or

ask for a reply to your email address (see above answer; if you ask a
question, maybe there is someone else who needs the same thing).

post a question without searching the newsgroup (to see if that hasn't
already been answered a thousand times before already).

troll (like mr. you know who does).
