door lock fuse

    my door lock fuse keeps blowing,thus the cig lighter won't work. that i
    need for my computer /cell phone .what do i start looking for 1st. (20 amp
    fuse )tried a 25 amp did't work .
    also it's a 5 spd the doors should lock after you get going . (1993 sl1
    5spd 1.9 sohc) thank ya all
