Buying a car on eBay

Hey,

I live in Canada, and have been considering buying a vehicle
on eBay.
I'm just wondering if anybody has ever purchased a vehicle
on eBay?
I want to know what costs are involved (other than the
shipping costs), ie. taxes at the border, safety inspection
and any modifications you may have to make before you can
register.
If you have had any such experience and would like to share
it, I want to hear from you.
On the other hand, if you have nothing better to do than add
your two worthless cents that have nothing to do with the
topic, please move on to surfing the porn or better yet,
turn the computer off and go watch some TV.
Sorry, don't mean to sound so rough, but I have no time
sorting through pointless posts, got enough junk mail as it
