99 SC2 RH high beam not working

This 1999 SC2 Has no working right side high beam headlight although It works in dim mode for daytime running lamps. Checked headlamp fuses- good, then checked for power at the bulb during high beam- none. Hotwired the headlight power pin - it works. Powered the #87 pin socket at the DRL (daytime running lamp) relay - light works. Checked for power to the #30 pin at the DRL relay socket - none. For grins & giggles I powered the #30 slot in the socket- dead short. According to the wiring diagrams, the #30 slot should be powered by the RH headlamp fuse. The brown wire to #30 slot appears to come from the interior harness. Wondering if someone has had the same symptoms before I tear out the cluster, light switch, IP junction box. The ignition switch has been replaced.
