98 SLS Saturn-chattering door locks

When the ignition key is turned on prior to the engine starting, the door lock start locking & unlocking continously until you press the drivers doorlock or they stop by themselves. I have replaced the door lock & unlock relay with no results. Does anyone have any suggestions?
