when it rains? Is there a way to fix this?Is it actually leaking around the window or between the window frame and body at the top? If it is between the window frame and body open the door and check the gasket for damage if it looks ok roll the window down, brace the inside of the door with your knees and bend the top of the window frame inward slightly. That should put a little more pressure againt the gasket and stop the leak.

I have had the same problem with my '95 SL2 since it was about 6 months old. (Saturn dealer never repaired it to my satisfaction...we "settled" for a paltry monetary peace offering.)

As noted by another poster, the problem with mine is the gasket between door frame and the car body. There is actually a gap between the rubber gasket (that protrudes above the window frame) and the pillar between the front and the rear compartments. It's almost as if the driver-side front door was put on wrong--too far to the front. I have not little to no success in getting it to stop leaking. Some rainy days it leaks like a sieve, other similar rainstorms have no effect. Go figure.

I have a 94 saturn SL1. and guess what....you got it. It started last year leaking. Couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I would get in in the morning and get my butt extra wet. Just the past month I finaly figured it out. If you check very carefully on the frame where the door closes. Have a look where the door rubber makes the seal onto the body. You should start to see a little vertical dent ( on the body at the seal level). Mine is about 1/8 inch wide and runs from top to bottom of the top frame. I have to repair it with body filler , etc...
