95 saturn sc2 door panel removal

my sons friend stopped over with his 95 saturn sc2.. his drivers window will
not roll down i looked at just about evey angle on this and was slighty
confused..how do you get to window mechcanism????
do you have to remove exterior door skin??????
any help would be appreciated....

Yes.

Actually once you get the outside door skin off, it is easier to work
on than your ordinary car door.
