93 SL2 power steering

    My power steering just started growling while making slow turns like
    backing out of parking spots. I hope its just the power steering pump any
    one have experience with this problem, 170k miles. ! i might get one at
    local salvage yard any one know what that may cost?

    I've had PS groan when the fluid was low. If you've already checked that
    then it's probably the pump like you suspect.
