2007 Vue Redline noisy squirrel cage

What's the best way to access the blower motor? My fan gets noisy and vibrates on thec2nd to last setting and is intolerable on the highest. I'm suspecting the squirrel cage is no longer centered.

These can usually be accessed from underneath the dash panel on the passenger side. Some vehicles require removal of the glove box in order to access it.

I would search the net for a video.
