2007 Saturn Vue Redline irregular map light behavior.

The map lights have gone crazy. When you start the car they are on and remain on. If you dim the dash lights they follow to all the way off. If they're half way illuminated and you depress them, the map light comes on full illuminosity. When you shut the car off, they go off. The momentary contacts in all door seems to have no effect. Any ideas, anyone? Faulty BCM? (Body Control Module)
