2005 Saturn vue front subframe

Hello everyone I just purchased a 2005 vue with the Honda 3.5. 114k miles for 2200. Upon inspection I noticed front body to sub frame rust on both sides but at the time of the sale I didn't think it looked too bad. After I got home I realized the extent of the damage. So far on both sides the back is still in tact and holding. The worst side is the passenger side. Debating if I should try to strengthen it now or leave it alone until it needs an entire replacement pics and advice would be appreciated car has no rust other wise
