When changing the transmission oil and filter I have a problem. I put in around 4 qts , pulled the check plug and started the car , the oil sprays out of the check hole at great velocity while idling . Also had problems with the car before the attempted oil change , felt like it didn’t want to rev up even when sitting in park , would bog down at 2800 rpm and the speedometer would go up without the car moving felt like the car would want to creep ahead a bit when shifting from neutral to park

Sounds like you have significantly overfilled the transmission. Either drain through the drain plug and added back slowly.

Sitting still, most PCMs have a rev limiter based on the speed sensor reading at any given moment. If your speed is less than a few miles an hour, the PCM will not allow the engine to drive over a certain RPM. This is to protect against accidental pinning of the accelerated panel and driving the engine to the red line.

Speedometer going up without moving seems to imply output shaft sensor on transmission is sensing movement of the output shaft which shouldn't happen unless the torque converter is fully engaged. Doesn't seem right. I would get that looked at ASAP
