2003 Saturn Ion

    Occasionally on very cold days when this car is parked outside, it doe
    not start. After waiting about 15 minutes I will try to start it agai
    and it starts. I have since had the starter positioner sensor change
    but I am still continuing to have the problem.Any suggestions to solv
    this problem will be appreciated
