I have a 2002 Saturn L300 that occasionally hesitates when accelerating.
Check engine light begins to flash, sometimes 12 times other times 19.
Plugs, filters (fuel and air) and oil all have been recently changed.

Have used fuel injector cleaner and all appears normal with fuel system.
Any other possible suggestion before bring in to dealer??

Get the error code for the check engine light. Could be just about
anything: EGR, O2 Sensor, Crankshaft Sensor, etc. Autozone will scan for
free if they are near you.

Flashing MIL light is not good - means the car should not be driven. Typical
causes are misfire which will overheat and damage the catalytic converter.
Have a good scan tool used to read out what is going on. It will point you
in the right direction. Could be a bad coil pack or a shorted wire to the
    injectors.
