    Getting 3 computer codes out of a 2001 SL2 - 1.9L

    P0113
    P0732
    P1599

Anyone know what they tranlsate out to??

The intake air temperature (IAT) sensor is a thermistor located in the air
intake passage of the air induction system on the engine. When the sensor is
cold it has a high resistance, the resistance decreases as the temperature
of the sensor increases. The PCM supplies a five volt signal to the sensor
which is also connected to ground. The PCM reads the voltage drop on the
sensor signal line to determine air temperature.

    DTC PARAMETERS

DTC P0113 or P1111 will set if the IAT reading is lower than -30°C (-22°F)
    when:

a.. Engine run time is greater than 10 seconds.
    b.. Vehicle speed less than 24 km/h (15 mph).
c.. No VSS DTC has been set.
    d.. Airflow less than 16 gm/sec.
P01113 will set if conditions are met for about six seconds while P1111 will
    set in about two seconds.

During normal driving modes the PCM/TCM adapts line pressure to prevent
clutch slip and harsh shifts. If 2nd clutch is slipping after pressure is
adapted to high line, it is determined that 2nd gear is not available.
Second gear clutch is applied by opening circuit 1222 at the PCM.

    DTC PARAMETERS

DTC P0732 may be set while driving in 2nd (steady state) or during an up or
downshift to 2nd, and when the PCM has detected the following conditions
    twice per ignition cycle.

    a.. Vehicle speed is above 5 km/h (3 mph).
b.. Turbine shaft speed greater than 224 rpm.
c.. No turbine shaft or vehicle speed, or noise DTCs.
d.. High line pressure has been commanded.
e.. Ratio failure counter is equal to 255 steady state (counter range is
0-255) or shift counter is greater than 100 on a downshift or upshift.

    P1599

The PCM has a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) associated with start/stall to
assist in diagnosis of intermittent conditions. This DTC will set if the
engine is in the run mode and crank position sensor (CKP) signal is lost
when ignition has not been cycled. This DTC will not turn On the MIL
(SERVICE ENGINE SOON) or SERVICE telltale lamps. The code can be set through
driver error. An example would be a vehicle equipped with manual transaxle
which the clutch is released too quickly stalling the engine.

    DTC PARAMETERS

    a.. Engine in run mode.
    b.. Ignition voltage present.
c.. Crank position pulses to the PCM are missing.
    TEST DESCRIPTION

a.. Check for DTC P0336. If present refer to diagnosis chart and repair
    first.
b.. Verify driver error did not induce.
c.. View MALF history and attempt to duplicate condition.
If no DTCs are present and customer complaint symptoms have been verified,
use the SYMPTOMS charts to isolate subsystems.

    Good Luck!
