Sounds like passlock security system is tripped. It cuts off injectors so no fuel. Some residual fuel may sneak into the cylinders so when you start it, it runs for all of one second, then there is no more fuel and it stalls.
Since undoubtedly you disconnected the battery to do the fuel pump, you will have to do the passlock II relearn procedure. This syncs up The body control module with the passlock sensor in the ignition switch.
Go to saturnforum.com and search for the phrase passlock relearn. It's also online in about 12 million other places but this is the one that I typed up for that forum
Hook up to a battery charger or jumper cable style to a running vehicle as it takes 30 minutes and you will kill your battery before it's done ending up with a dead battery and having to start over.
No accessories on, Windows up, doors closed, do not touch anything it does not tell you to touch in the procedure. Do not do anything different than what it says in the procedure. Do the procedure exactly as written, no more, no less. Hopefully you get the point.
