After replacing my fuel filter and fuel pump and checking my spark plugs and injectors which are all r firing I cannot get my Saturn it run but it will turn over and act like it’s going to but stops like it’s failing to get fuel of some sort… please help! Update I have fuel coming out of all injectors and my spark plugs are not wet and are firing.

How do you know fuel is sprayed from injectors if spark pugs aren't wet? Several starting attempts without the engine ever firing up should result in either a flooded engine or at the least, wet plugs. Try this first; hold throttle wide open (this tells the ecm via the throttle position sensor) to halt injector operation on a cold engine while you crank the engine over. If the engine flooded, this will blow out remaining fuel and help dry off (shorted) plugs. Crank for about 5 seconds then stop. Release gas pedal and try starting again (do not pump the gas pedal as this doesn't work on EFI engines with injectors). If this fails to get the engine to startup, try the next suggestion to test for spark.

Spray starting fluid into the throttle body and startup. If spark occurs, the engine should fire up. If startup doesn't occur, the ignition system may be faulty because you're spraying fuel into the throttle body.

This is a duplicate post. Check for the one here to see the current status..

    Dude never replied.

In fact pretty much no one ever replies except you lol. And you're not asking the questions.

It's not a wonder why this place has been deserted for 8 years. I've been coming by to try to answer questions when they are posted so that people get immediate answers or at least advice in the hopes people would at least come back with one response saying yeah that worked or no now what?

    I'm usually over at saturnforum.com.
You're welcome to join up over there. There's a steady flow of questions. We have an L car guru, and ion guru or two, some s car pseudo gurus, and we all guess at the other ones although many are based on the same ecotec engines so it's not all that tough. Why someone would post this in this section I have no clue. The moderators seem long gone if you look at the dates of their last activity. I actually emailed form owners asking if they wanted a new mod. Silence. Just like the rest of the site. And so it sits.
