1995 saturn 1.9 Lohc 4coil...replaced ignition mod still wont start

where are the cam sensor and crank sensor located? what should the oms read
when tested (once i locate them)never worked on a saturn before & dont have
a book help!! any advice..greatly appreciated. thanx

this is a 5 sp 4dr sedan, friends car, got the book. everything checks out
fine, plenty of spark, fuel etc..have gotten this far..when disconnicing 5
pin from ign modulator checked resistance of ground wire (black & white)
book says 200 i get 40 turns over but still won't start...crank.& all
sebsors tested ok could the computer be a problem? help!!
