1993 SC2 Front turn signal

What is the procedure for replacing the left front turn signal bulb on these
cars? I can't see any way of getting at it without taking off the whole
quarter panel.

Remove the front 1/2 of the wheel well liner (it might be easier of the tire
is removed first)
Look in and up toward the light, you should see 2 bolt heads that go
vertically up into the light assy. Remove them and the light assy will come
free.
