1993 saturn 2dr sc

    i am having a problem with my car at stop lights or stop signs when i shift
    down to stop my rpms drop and the car will die. it performs well on the
    interstate .also, sometimes when i start it up white smoke comes out the
    back and i smell fuel.what is it?
