03 LW300 broken comfort control

Has anyone else had their Climate control fail on them? I bought this car
new and when I took it in to get it fixed, they said they can't fix it and
offered me $500 for the incovenience. My car is no longer comfortable to
ride, it is either too hot or too cold. We are still in the negotiation
process and I am eager to hear what Saturn has done for others in similar
cases! Thanks!

after the second reprograming in march it seems to be working much
better now, it was almost impossible to control before, even after the
1st reprogram gave your saturn service looks up the TSB
