'03 Ion Message Center

    This damn thing is starting to bug me big time,I left work today, &
    that thing was flashing SERVICE VEHICLE,the carran o.k.,i got
    home,turned off the car,started it up &guess wah?,It read
    regular,trip,odo.I then proceeded to ring up Saturn 7 explained it to
    the ''service guy'',I asked if i can still drive it,& he said yes,i
    asked him why did it read SERVICE?,he said theres no way of knowing
    until it gets a dianos,I then asked him is this going to happen
    again,he saiditcould.I'm telling you lucy!!!!.

    serious tho dude, do get those codes read so you can know whats up under
    that hood. BTW - I am thinking of investing in a OBDII reader, they are
    expensive, but worth it. JC Whitney has a few different versions for under
    $200.

    I have an oil change coming up,so,i'll tell them to ''give it the
    works''.That message center hasn't gone off for about a week now,I
    have never seen the OIL LIFE go on automatically either,except when i
    was pushing that stalk button alot.
