    What's the passlock icon doing?

Fuel pressure spec is in range.
Crank the engine, then pull a spark plug and see if you smell gas on it. If not, gas to the fuel injectors has been disabled or there is a wiring problem.

The passlock security system disables the injectors or shall I say does not enable the injectors unless it concludes that the correct key is starting the vehicle.

If the passlock icon or lock icon comes on and stays on, your passlock system thinks the car is being stolen.

    Passlock sensor in ignition switch
    Malfunctioning BCM
Key worn out / loose in ignition / ignition hard to turn

Are the most common reasons for goofy issues with passlock. Usually the car may run for a few seconds then die but not always.
